Event Details

Sometimes our memories inhibit us from moving forward or responding to life in optimal ways. When working with our memory in creative ways, we can liberate ourselves from what holds us back and allow the wisdom of our body to show us new possibilities.

Through shining light on our inhibited parts, we can gain more range of movement and activate our full human potential.
